Rosemary knows that everyone is different so she has designed the plan with various different approaches to slimming, in order to suit everyone.

Food wise, she even has her own food range out which can be found at most supermarkets. It tells you on the website which places sell which food.

    If you cannot make it to one of Rosemary Conley's exercise classes, you can always join the slimming club online. That gives you recipes you can use and there is a member's support section where members can share their success and get support from other members. Overall, this diet has helped plenty of people as it re-educates them as to what is healthy and what is not.
