Can I Lay In A Tanning Bed While Taking Depakote ER Medication For Seizures?

I am not a fan of tanning beds, as I think they pose serious risks to the health of one's skin, besides the other factors you mention.
All kinds of skin cancers can result from long term exposure to these kind of tanning beds. I am sure if people did their research and paid attention to what plastic surgeons say, they would avoid them.
Anytime you take a concentrated light and beam in onto the skin with enough intensity to increase the melanin, which is there to protect the skin against exactly this, you should be concerned.
Apart from the expense of this treatment, is it worth the time. You can have a spray on tan, which will take half the time, may look even better and more natural, and have no ageing effect, or other side effects, your eyes for one.
So consider this, even if your seizures may not be affected
    necessarily.

Each salon should have a Photosensitive Reaction List displayed. If you are on meds that you aren't to be exposed to uv rays your doc would tell you as a precaution...
