I work at a drug testing lab, and my physicians' offices frequently ask this because they are afraid their patients could fool drug tests. In a word, no. A drug testing performed by a laboratory using gas or liquid chromatography is so sensitive and accurate that pretty much nothing can fool it. Cup tests, however, are less sophisticated and are prone to error. They may be fooled, but when the sample is sent to the lab the chromatography/mess spectrometry will find out for sure.
