I Took A Centrum Energy Vitamin Tablet And Got Sick. Is This Normal? Did This Make Anyone Sick!?

You have not mentioned what exactly sickness you are having from centrum use. Centrum multivitamins are used to overcome dietary insufficiency of vitamins. Centrum can cause stomach upset, unpleasant taste in the mouth and headache. Over dose of the centrum can cause uneven heart rate, confusion, muscle weakness, tooth staining, stomach bleeding and increased urination. If you are having these symptoms then reduce dose. If you are having side effects then discuss with your doctor.

I took 1 a day, as directed, and felt shaky, slightly dizzy, and muscle weakness, as well as a bit nauseous.
