Connect the printer to your computer then go to www.hp.com. Go into support and downloads and do a search for your model. Click on Download Driver. When the prompt comes up, save the driver to your Documents file. Go back and click on Download Driver again. This time click Run from this Site. Follow the prompts. When it comes time to install, click on I Agree to the licence agreement, follow the prompts again and, if necessary, reboot your computer. Your printer should work. Now take that driver you downloaded and burn it to a CD. You will have a driver for the printer. Hope this helps.
