Many historians would say that the legacies of most of these men is pretty neglible. You could almost just come down to a shortlist of the really important ones:
Washington
Adams Senior
Jefferson
Jackson (hugely expanded the young country and supressed the native American peoples)
Lincoln
Roosevelt T
Roosevelt F
Johnson (hugely expanded the Vietnam war effort while also creating the big government Republicans came to hate)
Nixon
Reagan
Quite a few others were famous, but it's unclear what legacy they really left behind. Woodrow Wilson worked tirelessly to create the precursor to the UN (the League of Nations). Eisenhower warned about the military industrial complex driving the political agenda, but that was years after he left office. Coolidge is notable for his distinct lack of accomplishments. Clinton was caught up in sex scandals.
Whether GW Bush gets onto the list of those with a long-term legacy depends partly on the outcome of the long term Iraq Invasion.
