I think, if it is generic, it cannot be shot up. But, if it is brand name Dilaudid, it merely needs to be crushed, mixed with heated water and injected. It is extremely dangerous, Deadly is the proper word. Any Street drug or pharmaceutical which is consumed in a manner other than it's intended use has serious side effects such as blood clots going to the brain, heart or lungs. The solid ingredients in pharmaceutical tablets and caplets or capsules can react with the blood and kill you. Honestly, the mediocre euphoria is not worth the deadly risks.
