All Documents On My Husband's Name...What Can I Do?
We've been married for 9 years. Everything is on my husband's name. I'm Mexican. He's American. He said that if something happens to him, the house and property automatically goes on my name. Is this true, even when my name is not on any document now? Thank you for your help!

If you are married legally and you are the only heir after him, then you will get his property. However, the person in most cases makes a will and if he mentions that you will not have any share in the property then you will not get anything. I suggest you to consult with a lawyer and let him see your documents.
