When you open movie or music in windows media player and it gives error then it has two problems 1st that your windows media player is corrupted due to some viruses on your computer, you may clean those viruses and then media player doesn't give you that problem. 2nd problem that you don't have the required codec for that version you may need to download latest codec for window media player. After this your problem will be solved.
