Water water and more water. If you're getting a urine test and you don't have time to waste, then go to a local head shop to buy some herbs. If you have a few weeks, just pump up on the golden seal and water.

What herbs are you talking about specifically to help clean out your system before a urine test if you want meth not to be positive?

Take 4 niacin tablets the day before you urine test. It burns the THC outta your system and drink hella water. You can get niacin at any drug store even walmart. But just a head up you will run a very high temp and will be very itchy. It only lasts a few hours though. It works trust me i did it.
Drinking a crap load of water and working out and it also depends on what drugs if its weed then yeah this should work also cranberry pills and juice
