    I am not depressed nor have I ever been, I just take life as it comes and accept, good or bad.

      I'm not depressed i mean i get up and downs but i have a friend that is almost in her 40's but she is always depressed but i think she just lets a lot of stuff go to her head I've talk with her all the time it everytime i offer some advice on what to do when you start feeling that way u feel depressed because you want to i say stay positive and motivated....

      You know a factor of this depression is the fact that the human brain gets smaller and dumber as it ages, although meditation can actually do the opposite, increase your brain size.
