Does Fate Play Important Role In Our Successes?

If by fate one means that a certain characteristic environment in which the individual lives in then yes fate does play significant role in our successes and failures. Typically, it is believed as a supernatural element which is ordained by a higher authority or a divine being pulling the strings. However, it can also be understood as a measure of probability in mathematics and complex polynomial systems which define our place in the universe. Each of us has certain innate characteristics, some of them are constructive and others are destructive and generally considered ill or evil, depending on their effects to people and environments around us. However, we exist in a clockwork system which is precise and the mechanisms driving it though complex, are yet reprehensible. Certain extraordinary individuals are in essence ordinary individuals who were just best suited for the opportunities presented to them through their immediate environments or they simply possessed extraordinary abilities applied to mundane situations. In any case, we have a limited measure of control of our lives and it is the resulting consequences of the interaction of that limited control with anticipated possibilities which drives our lives forth.
