Is There An Organization That Puts Up People On Organic Farms As Volunteers?

The organization World-Wide Opportunities on Organic Farms (WWOOF) puts together a list of various organic farms all over the world that would like to host volunteers; the activities enable people to experience life on the farm close to nature as well as popularizing the concept of organic farms. Many people from towns and cities have taken advantage of this opportunity to spend their weekends working on farms and taking part in the daily tasks a rejuvenating experience both mentally as well as physically.

The concept has allowed like minded individuals to come together and share their thoughts about how they would like to make a difference to their environment and help conserving it.
