It stands for Rebuy/Add-on...in some poker tournaments before a certain point if you run out of chips you can pay the buy-in again to get the same amount of chips (sometimes there is a limit). Add on means that when rebuys become unavailable you can pay the buy-in to get extra chips, but only once for the add-on.
