I Am An Average Student. I Don't Know Anything In Eamcet. How Can I Get A Rank?

The exam for Engineering, Agricultural and Medical Common Entrance Test (EAMCET is a test for students desiring to enter one of these fields in India and other Asian countries. There is great controversy flourishing in relation to the ranking system used and the inequality of the ranking results across India. Some students, parents,  educators and government authorities are speaking out against the requirements of this test because high scores do not result in high ranking results. Students making the exact scores in each area of the test do not receive the same ranking. Ranking is not score based and students with high scores often receive lower ranks than students with lower scores.  There is some discussion about doing away with this test in the future. However the way to obtain a ranking is by taking the test.

It appears, students without ranking can attend minority and private colleges based on their Intermediate Marks. If, they take the MEMCET their chances improve. However the minority and private colleges are apparently very expensive.

If you desire to take this test there are coaches assigned to prepare students, who can afford coaching. This is to improve chances to score high on the EAMCET. Some of the areas tested are concepts    
and  fundamentals in literacy, comprehension, analytical skills and intensive problem solving, in subjects such as Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology and English. Coaches teach students how to take tests and how to score high on tests.

Private colleges often give different entrance exams for students who have not taken the EAMCET or MEMCET. I would suggest investigating the possibility of entering one of these colleges, if you do not desire to apply for the EAMCET test.
