Gall bladder. My symptoms included excruciating pain at random times of the day. Occassional vomiting, referred shoulder pain and doctors always check for murphys sign positive...if in doubt go and see a doctor, otherwise your unlikely to be diagnosed properly and endure years of wondering what the hell is wrong like i did. The sooner its sorted, the better.
