It is highly unusual that 11 hours should pass between the time her water broke and delivery of a pup.I would definitely call a vet clinic or ER and discuss it with a DVM. The lochia is a dark greenish fluid that is usually delivered with or just prior to first pup. Generally, the first pup should be born within
6 hours of the onset of obvious labor, and the interval between puppies is
usually 5-60 minutes but it could be be as long as 3 hours without it being abnormal depending on the
mother.
