    Can I Get A And Not Get Cramps? Why Did I Get My Period Twice And Is Brown?

    This is the second month that i have my period and i get no cramps is it normal?

    Sounds like irregular period due to hormonal imbalance. It is not necessary that you get cramps every time you get your period. You may be stressed out ,on some medication or taking non proper nutrition. The doctors suggest most of the time dietary modifications. You should see your doctor for proper check up and advice in this regard.

      If the cycle length is less than 22 days then it is called polymenorrhoea. The reason is short secretary phase due to hormonal imbalance. The cramps are due to blood loss in good quantity than the blood loss in case of normal periods. Take biphasic bi hormonal treatments. The brown color is also due to blood loss.
