You don't need to wear make up if you have pale skin I'm the same i just wear eye make-up so just be who you are and be positive about yourself

A good idea would be to use pinks in your makeover, use pink blush on, pink lip color and even pink eyeshades. Try to use a little gloss and shiner to make your skin glow. A nude touch of pink can do the job for you. Use eyeliner and mascara to enhance your eyes and eye color. Try this on I am sure you would look great!

I have really pale skin and I got away without foundation for years. I just did a little eye makeup and blush over moisturizer. However if you do not tan well, and we with the light complections seldom do, you might want to use a bronzer instead of blush in the summer. You apply a little of that to the places you would like to have tan. A little on neck, forehead, cheeks, and nose. This will give you that fresh healthy light tan look for summer, and make those green eyes pop. Honest you sound like a very pretty girl already!
