No! Gods anger was very hot over their sin! Israel had sunk so low into sin and depravity that God was literally ready to destroy the whole Nation. He promised to do so and raise up another Nation of the seed of Mosses. But Mosses interceded for the Nation until God changed His mind.and spared the people from such a fate. If Moses had accepted what God wanted to do then the program of God for Israel to occupy Caanan would have been postponed indefinitely and the literal fullfillment of many prophecies would have been delayed! God hated idolatry and immorality and is determined to rid them in the earth!...Genaveve
