    Cylinder
    Volume = pr2 x height
    V = pr2 h
    Surface = 2p radius x height
    S = 2prh + 2pr2

    You forgot to say that by p you mean pi. Also, you gave two different formulas for surface area. The first is just the area of the curved part. The second, using letters instead of words, includes the flat parts.

      Curved Surface area= pi*r*h

      Total surface area = pi*r*h + pi*r^2

      Volume= pi*r^2*h

      where 'r' is the radius of the base of the cylinder and 'h' is its height.

      pi=22/7 or 3.142857

      The circumference of a circle is 2 pi r, so the curved surface area of a cylinder is 2 pi r h, not just pi r h. And pi to 4 decimal places is 3.1416, not 3.1429. Your decimal expansion is correct for 22/7, but that's just an approximation to the value of pi.
