What Does Theta Mean?

    Theta is basically the eighth letter of the Greek alphabets. It comes from the Phoenician letter Teth. It holds the value of 9 in terms of Greek numerals. In terms of classical Greek it represents an aspirated voiceless dental plosive. The Cyrillic letter known as fita is said to have been derived from the theta. Its symbol is basically θ.

    Theta is recognized as an alternative Greek measuring the speed of time moulder on a daily basis. One can appear at this as an ice cube melting in your hand. A Theta of -.05 means that the alternative is losing a nickel of time worth each day. Other option Greeks comprises of Delta, Vega, Rho and Gamma.
