For the most part there is no real difference between history and science. Both are fiction which translates to made up. History fiction looks at history as the main topic and uses made up things such as The Three Muskateers to tell a story about history. Science fiction uses solid science to tell a story but using thought up items such as time warps, space continuum, aliens, etc.
