I Post My Fan Art On The Internet Regularly But I Noticed That Another User On The Site Has Taken My Work And Added It To Their Gallery Without My Permission. What Do I Do?

Well firstly, maybe you should get in touch with the user (if it is a website that allows you to leave comments then perhaps you could leave a comment for them to see). If they deny that it is your work, then you should complain to the moderators of the site.
If the moderators fail to do anything about it, then you could leave lots of negative feedback in the users gallery to make other people aware that it is your art.
If your art is well known on the site or you have a link on the site which takes people to your own official website, then other users will stand up for you and say that the work is yours.
If users know that your work is well known, then they will be unlikely to steal it and pass it off as their own. Try to post a lot of art on the site to make yourself well known so that people won't steal from you in future.

If it's just archived in a gallery, with proper credit given to you and to the original artists of the fandom, just be flattered. It just means that they like to look at your shiny pictures. :P
If they are claiming credit for your work, get in contact with the webmaster, or host, and lodge a complaint. (I know for instance that Deviantart has a system in place for such things.) I would also suggest using a digital signature or watermark in future if plagarism is the problem.
