      It depends what you want. If you want muscles, do sit up's. But remember, they would really help lose much weight, but they should keep you at a good size. The obvious thing would be to go for a jog. They help you in many aspects, and also, rather than just working out at a gym, running can take you to many places. But it is important not to do to much. Do the best you can and don't over work yourself. I hope this helps. :)
