Can A Manager Share Information With Other Renters?
Is it legal for a property manager to share information from a tenant's file with other renters in the community? I wrote a letter to a manager in regard to the safety of the community. I was having trouble with a peeping tom and the community manager let other renters read my letter and made fun about my concerns.

No the manager is not allowed to share the information specially with other tenants. You could go to the court against him and made him realize his mistake. It is not legal.
