It is possible there is an underlying illness like an infection which is causing your kitten to feel unwell and off it's food. Kittens need frequent meals and regular fluids. They have little reserve and are susceptible to dehydration. If you kitten is not eating or drinking for more than 24 hours, you should contact your vet.
