But the fact is that if your health fails regularly then the other two prongs become wobbly. Exercise not only affects the body but also the mind. A healthy body will let you do things that otherwise would be impossible to do. In an increasingly competitive workplace, an alert mind will get you ahead. But an alert mind is not possible if it sits on a fatigued body. Exercising regularly will prevent any of your limbs from atrophying. The idea is to get maximum mileage out of your body till the day you die. If you do not exercise you will fell twenty years older than you actually are. Exercising also makes you happy. This is a biologically proven fact. When you workout, endorphins are released in your brain. Endorphins are also released when you laugh or engage in sexual intercourse.
