Go to your local real estate company for help.  They know plenty of places that can help you out.  There are especially a lot of places out there that will give you a great rate, due to our economy now.  If you have a local United States Rural Development Office I would start there.  They are a government funded place that offers home loans starting at 1%.  That is where we got ours.  There main office is in St.  Louis, MO phone # 800-414-1226.  They have local offices everywhere the US that can help.  Good luck.  If they cant help you I am sure they know of other places that can help.
