2001 Chevy 2500hd 4x4 Front Wheel Bearing Seem To Be Sloppy, How Do I Fix It?
I have the caliper off and the nut and rotter off. I thought it would be easy to ck to see if the bearings are worn yet don't wont to go any further until i know what step to take next.

If you've never done this it is best to find a friend that has. You can always put her back together and go ask a mechanic for an opinion of whether it needs replaced or maybe just repacked. Repacking is a simple process yet it must be done properly or you are just wasting time and grease.

These bearings are not repackable it is called a hub bearing assembly and is very easy to change take loose the big axle nut and on the back of the spindle there should be about three or four 15mm bolts then it should slide off, do not forget to unplug abs sensor which will be replaced with new one.
