I honestly don't remember when, who or any of that. Odd.

I taught myself on a friends bike when I was almost 5.
I bought my son a bike for his second birthday. He rode with training wheels for 1 wk.; he was riding without them a month later. He went on to become a motorcycle racing champion. My daughter, on the other hand, wasn't the least bit interested in learning to ride until she was 8 yrs.

Me too. Self taught. I took the training wheels off and I must have been 6 or 7 YO.

Haha I remember the first day I tried to ride a bike I skipped the training wheels and just went straight for my brothers bike.  I was about 7, and the house my family lived in had a big hill leading up to the road so the driveway was downhill all the way to the house.  My brother and I walked the bike up to the top of my driveway and I proceeded to get on and roll down the hill.  I ended up at the bottom of he hill running into the air conditioning unit on the side of my house and my mom heard and rushed out to see what happened cause it was pretty loud apparantly.  I didn't really work on learning how to handle a bike until the next day though.  I dunno what kinda bike it was but it was a smaller mountain bike.

My story with bikes started when i was 3 yrs old. I rode a bike with 4 wheels ( 1 at the front and three at the back ) then step by step when i reached 7 yrs old, i started riding a bike with only 2 wheels ( a normal one ) but i was always falling down from it lol- i know all that cuz my parents took many photos and videos for me when i was riing bikes :)- and now i can ride any bike easily.

I was about 2 years old didn't like the tipping of the training wheels so my dad took them off and I learned while he held the back as I rode then he let go and I was doing it in less then a week. Then I was on the side of the road while my mom took a picture of me and a car came up behind me and honked their horn and it scared me so It took me about a year to get back on one.

I must have been about six or seven, and I'll never forget the Sunday afternoon when I was all dressed up because I was going somewhere with my mom and dad.  We were waiting for my mother, and dad decided it was a good time for me to practice riding without training wheels.  There was a grassy slope between the sidewalk in front of the apartments and the street.  I imagine you can figure out that I ended up in the bath tub and having to change my clothes.  Mom wasn't too happy with dad at the time.
