Normally when someone is reffered as 'confident' they are considered as stubborn. However confidence is faith in ones own abilities and he or she is not necessarily loud, harsh or proud.
In my opinion, it is the basic need of ones life to be confident. Confident to face the public, confident to meet new people and confident to conquer every field of life.
