Its easy. Just get a 20 win streak and he will challenge you. He will have a dragonite, a milotic and a rhyperior. Then you have to get a 48 win streak for the second time and he will have a regigigas, as cresselia and a heatran. I would suggest a lucario for the second time and make it know earthquake and aura sphere.
