For ladies, any thing like lump, swelling or cyst on chest can not be a good sign. This lump can be benign or maligning. Go for biopsy test. If this lump is accompanied by swollen lymph node, then this will be problem. Also go for mammogram.

Sea a doctor as soon as possible it is better to have it looked at then worrying about what it could or could not be. As stated above by the other blurter you could have nothing but a benign lump or a cyst. But it is better to receive treatment than wait any longer than need be.hope this helps
