Consent is "when two or more persons agree upon the same thing in the same sense." 'Consent has to be free'. It is not free if caused by Coercion, Undue Influence, Fraud, Mistake or Misrepresentation. Both parties are acting on the basis of an agreement /contract to which, explicitly or implicitly, they have given their free and informed consent.
