    I Was Given A 60 Day Notice To Vacate My Apt For No Reason Is That Legal?

    The manager said our lease was not being renewed this year and that he didn`t need a reason. I also have an open disability case and i live with my wife and two children.

    What does your current lease state? With your lease expiring, and not being renewed, they have the right to have you vacate. 60 days is generous, many states only require 30 days.
