One easy question, one hard one.
EASY:
Sky is blue because of the way light is scattered. Basically, the light coming in from the sun hits particles in the atmosphere (if cloudless) and gets bounced around in every possible direction. Our eyes average this out as "blue" (read more, and yet more).
Light gets bounced more directly at our eyes from clouds, hence their white appearance, except when they are very heavy with water droplets. This can mean less light getting through at all, hence gray or black clouds.
HARD:
Utopia -- by definition, no such place can exist.
But as 'utopia' is used on common parlance, we'd like to think it could exist. The problem is, your idea of utopia is not the same as mine. So hard to believe it could ever exist on Earth.
Many religions believe in a Utopian place after death for the deserving or lucky. You wouldn't technically "live" there, but existence in utopia after death would be the next best thing.
