For the UK at least, the big site would be Amazon.co.uk, although, it is often the case that Am dot Com also have plays that are not available. Amazon don't exactly make looking at the plays easy, so you really need to know what you are looking for and then seek it out. Amazon's marketplace is generally the cheaper place to get the books from with the Book Depository being one of the best and most reliable sources for Drama books available, they often have fairly obscure stuff too.
If you aren't scared of import tax, the Drama Bookshop in New York City will sell you pretty much any book that you desire.
Alibris would be my top choice for first editions or signed copies of whatever you want, also they have an amazing network and can get you whatever you want - usually whether it is in print or not!
