Business Management is the process that helps accomplish the goals of an organization. On the other hand Business Administration deals with the processes that are required for Business Management. It includes Planing process, marketing, sales etc. Hence we can say that business management deals with the overall processes of an organization, whereas business administration deals with the nitty gritty of these processes as well as everything else that is required to fulfill the overall goals of the organization. A Director has to administer each and everything that is going on in the organization. He has to oversee the planning process and has to see through its implementation. He has to administer policies, procedures, rules and regulations.
