My pimples is so depressing for me. I used lot of remedies for it but it doesn't work. What can I use that is safe but effective in removing pimples?

The acne is age related problem and can be treated at its own after certain age. But it usually leave behind the scars. The major reason of acne is the over production of androgen (male hormone) or oversensitivity of the sebaceous glands to the normal amounts of androgen. If you are having non infected acne then ask your doctor about the use of anti androgen medicines along with some topical preparations.
