    Anyone can have twins... Its not a genetic thing

    Yes it is.. When the egg cell divides, generally the one with the plasma membrane survives.. In cases of identical twins, both daughter cells of the original cell have it.. This is why identical twins are generally individually smaller

      Having twins is a chance you take, just like in any other birth , my mother has two sets of twins and none of the children have twins, all her grands are single births.......the best to you.....
