I'm 12 years old and I stay home alone but Mum doesn't leave me for like more than an hour and trust me after a while it gets really boring! It's very lonely. Sometimes there is no other option so my parents must leave me by myself. It's a bit spooky being all alone and my friends can stay on their own for hours! Sometimes I think it's not fair but if I were you I would wait. Anyway, being by yourself is no fun there's nothing to do. If I were you I would be grateful to your parents, they know what's best for you. One of my friends isn't even allowed to cross the road by herself and she's 13 as well.
