My Blue Healer Is Limping Real Bad In The Right Leg Or Maybe Shoulder What Can Be The Problem?

My dog is limping real bad, we had looked for cut but found none. Can I give her asprin to help the pain? Could she have sprained a shoulder? She is just 1 years old and having a hard time walking on the leg.

The best thing to do is get the pup to the vet, it could be more than just a sprained shoulder. Hope this helps, good luck.

There are many probable causes of limping in dogs one of which is injury to the paw. This could be caused by thorns, shards of glass as well as grass sand. Paw lacerations are also another cause of limping. Something which is rarely suspected to be a cause of limping in dogs is overgrown or overly short toe nails. They too could be causing the limping in your Blue Healer.
