I Feel I Have Been Mislead By The Mgmt Company About Rental Property. Is It Too Late To Break Lease Without Losing Deposit?
I feel i have not been told the truth about the property by mgt company. They never told me about the plumbing issues and the ceiling in the kitchen is tore apart so they can fix the problem.but that does not make me feel that i wont have problems in the future with plumbing.I have not moved in yet,the lease begins july 1st,2008.They also told me i can park in lot by house & now i found out it costs $25 a month.

I would suggest you contact the department of Housing and Urban Development in your city if you are located in the US. There are renter's rights that vary by state, and they can help answer your questions about the matter, and may also refer you to a legal resource if needed. Here is the website for HUD. You can find your state contact right there on the site, as well as renter's rights information.
