You just need to ask if they have any sliding scale options for having this done, or you can talk to other groups that offer help to pets, like Paws. If the SPCA can't help, then ask them if they can direct you where to go to get help. They also sell insurance for pets now too. They might be able to help you out in finding that too. Hope this helps you out, good luck.

SHE DOES HAVE PET INSURANCE, BUT YOU HAVE TOHAVE THE MONEY UP FRONT, THEY PAY YOU A PERCENTAGE BACK LATER. THE POINT IS THE SURGERY COST $1700.00. IM ON SOCIAL SECURITY, AND MY DAUGHTER HAS A SEASONAL JOB. ITS A STRAIN TO PAY FOR REGULAR PAYMENTS. MEANWHILE MY COMPANION IS SUFFERING, AND IT HURTS BOTH OF US. WE FEEL HELPLESS. BELIEVE ME THIS DOG IS LOVED. SHE SAVED ME WITH MY DEPRESSION. I CAN HAVE HER WHERE I LIVE BECAUSE OF THAT.
