Race horse betting is basically horse racing and it is where you place a bet on a horse in a race. There are usually around 6-8 horses in a race though there can be more and there can be less too. Depending upon the type of bet that you put on, you usually bet for the horse you think is going to win.

Many people believe that you can have a system for horse race betting but generally it is all about look. You can study the form in horse racing but it does not always help you on the day of the race. Horse race betting is purely a gamble and it is good when you win but most of the time you probably won't. There are various types of bets available that you can do and whilst at first they may all sound complicated, they are actually fairly easy to understand. As well as betting on a horse to win, you can also bet on whether it will come in 1st, 2nd or 3rd too and still get some money back.
