Measuring a new window is quite an easy process and you just need to take a measuring tape to complete the job. What you can do is to place one end of the measuring tape at one end of the window from inside. But you must take care that you should measure from the first point written on the tape as if you measure it from the end of the tape, it might be possible that there is some discrepancy in the measurement.

You can repeat the same process with each side of the window and can order the carpenter to make one for you. While giving order for making a window you should keep in mind that some of the measurement is covered by one side of the window and that measurement is reduced from the other side.

If you fulfil all these requirements, then certainly you will get the right size of window frame for your window.
