    If A Child Is 16 And Not In School, But Is Going To Work Does The Child Support Order Remain In Effect?

    Paying child support, but the child is not 18 yet, but not in school either. Does the support order remain in effect and/or can it then be paid directly to the child?

    You should check with the Child Support Court. I think you still must pay is the Child living with the parent. The best way to go is to check with the Court. Take care!
