I do not think you would be that shy kind of person who is so much reluctant to say this to any one. Anyway, I would here be suggesting you some tips to get it done and fulfil your desire.
Invite him to dinner or to meet him on some private place, play that enchanting music, wear some exotic dress and perfume.
