    In order to lose all that weight that you gained due to antidepressant you will first need to relax over the whole situation. The best way as I see it exercise is best for you to fight that depression as well as weigh gain. Stick to the routine till you find those results in your mood. It is also very much advisable that you seek advice from you family and friends. Try and find for a kind of medication that will help you in weigh gain and in return does not cause you any side effect. Once you start with any kind of treatment it also advisable that you meet your doctor regularly to update all those tablets.

    You will also need to try and catch up on as much as sleep as you can. Find yourself a stress buster that will probably keep you away from worries. You have asked for help is your strength, in case you didn't it would be your weakness, so don't you feel a little strong right now. Go ahead and fight those tensions. Remember only you can help yourself.
